The Center for Women & Children Empowerment’s (CEWCE) vision is to help vulnerable women and children in the process of reintegration into society, assisting in their recovery from the traumas they have experienced, foster self-sufficiency, promote empowerment and aid in development in post-war Liberia and eventually in Africa.

We believe all persons can develop to their fullest potential and be free from all the ideologies and structures that consciously and unconsciously oppress and exploit them. To this end, our organization is committed to the pursuit of supporting and promoting women, men and children through training and teaching, advocacy, research as well as professional and community service.
