Post-war Liberia is faced with many constraints that make it difficult for immediate assistance in most cases. But imparting knowledge and molding the minds of people with low self esteem is a challenge that must be met. One, among many, examples of the challenges facing CEWCE is the lack of professional counselors to treat trauma victims and mental illness or to find those qualified counselors that do exist.
