Economic grant/loan to needy women CEWCE provides monetary grant/loan to needy women, we have very stringent qualification rules a and very low rate of return. This grant/loan enables any qualified candidate the opportunity to start-up her own business and assist in the job-placement of other candidates of CEWCE.
